i found a few things disappointing. the building's facade didn't really match the pictures i saw online. it felt a little misleading and not quite as modern as i expected. also, breakfast wasn't included (which i knew), but the other amenities didn't make up for it. overall, it wasn't a terrible stay, but i probably won't book it again (it's just not quite there).

the hotel's location near the aerobus station proved very useful. i found it easy to get to the airport. the front desk staff offered a helping hand, which i appreciated. the breakfast buffet had many options. the bedding.

I noticed the hotel's external appearance looked a bit different compared to what i saw in online pictures. That was a tiny bit disappointing.

I found the location SUPERB and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was really nice and clean. I REALLY appreciated that the staff stored our luggage after we checked out early. They even stored some cheese and jamon in their fridge so we could pick them up later. The bed was very comfy, the pillows were perfect, and the A/C was easy to control.

I mistakenly got charged for the minibar, and I didn't use it at all! I SUGGEST taking photos of the minibar as proof, so you are not charged for things you didn't touch.

The staff were helpful and accommodating. They provided assistance with luggage storage and even stored some personal food items in their refrigerator, appreciated. Check-out was at 12pm, VERY convenient.
